My past experience with Apple guard is that it looks n feels great when you just apply it. Give it a few months n the color on my Bals either turned yellowish or faded. Never again will I use it on my bags.
Wow, that has not been my experience .. but, then again, I don’t think I’ve EVER used it on an oldie Chèvre bag.

Here we go...

THIS is my newest reveal. :yahoo: What do you all think? I had to post all photos so you can really admire this 2005 S/S APPLE GREEN CITY with PEWTER hardware! I’m sooooooo grateful for my sweet, amazing friend in Texas who sent this unicorn my way knowing my love for Balenciaga bags. The first pic was taken in natural light and represents the vibrant colour the best. The rest were taken under artificial lighting in my bedroom. :flowers: I’m just stunned. The corners are not worn, the handles not warmed, chèvre is perfectly distressed and slouchy - this bag is PRISTINE.

This website has several products that claim to be able to remove stains and take leather back to it's original production finish. Maybe give something you find here a try?

I don’t think they’re stains. The Apple guard stripped my Bal’s of their colors. Once the dye is gone, nothing can bring it back, except to re-dye maybe? Nonetheless, I’ll look into it. Thanks!

Oh I thought the yellowish splotches were on top of the leather colour. Something you could possibly remove with the right product. That IS a bummer.
