Anybody see this clutch in person yet? Curious what people think about it. Every year I'm tempted to get something from Kurt Geiger but never do because it's not quite versatile enough. This one is cute though.
Yes be careful. I had a new employee helping me out that needed help getting the sale price to ring up. They have to have you tap your card then activate the sale for the correct price to show up. Luckily she noticed the price difference so made sure to get it correct. If there is a rush, it would be easy to not notice.
I’m at downtown Seattle and there was nothing. They had water and coffee at the door. There wasn’t even music. I’m extra annoyed because I brought my mom and promised mimosas and a festive atmosphere like in years past.
No cute little tote bag or snack box like last year’s ambassador event. I used my $25 ebar card after I was done shopping. You can reuse the card or have remaining value so make sure to use up the $25.
Lol so it was funny reading this because I, too, am debating buying all three colors with the goal of keeping two. I recently had to get rid of several booties- they were old, not worn in years (and out of style), or uncomfortable, and I'm tired of keeping stuff around just for the sake of keeping it since it is still in good condition.I love it! I am going to TRY and keep two but we shall see……
After getting rid of a bunch of stuff, I was left with the following boots (not including my casual throw-on warmth/snow boots):
* Black patent knee high boots (the foot and heel looks western, the leg portion is fitted and NOT western looking)
* Blue leather knee high boots (these are flat, comfy boots which read casual, honestly not sure how to style but recently got them)
* Beige suede knee high heeled boots (about 3 inch heel, really pretty and comfy by andre assous)
* Grey soft leather wedge booties by paul green from an anniversary sale a few years back (wedge part is black)
* Brown suede block heel booties by tods (heel part is a natural/beige colored rubber)
* Cognag, warm brown leather pointy toe booties with a 3 inch asymmetric heel (might have to purge these too because they hurt my toes)
I have a pair of black leather booties that look a bit more edgy that are on their way to me (was going to get the black buckled paul green ones in the sale but the ones I grabbed dont have any buckles and have a more "clean" look to them which will not go out of style).
Anyways, the point of me typing all that out was mostly to help me lol when I see it all written out like that it gets me thinking more about what I need, if anything. Seeing it all typed out looks like a lot, but I dont actually have any booties cut a bit higher & fitted like the aquatalia, which look more feminine/dainty, and will go with more outfits.
I originally had the knee high rhegan in black in my purchase list but I do not wear knee high boots as often, so I feel that one can wait.
Im hoping us Influencers also get an e-bar card, even if its less, like $10 or $15. Theres a smoothie I absolutely love from our e-bar, and the food isnt that bad. I would do the same and just spend it all on random stuff on my way out.
This happened to me today as well. The person was new and didn't know how to pull the anniversary price up. I said, I have to swipe my card and then it will show the anniversary price. She looked at me cluelessly. All the salespeople asked if was Icon or Ambassador level. This was at 8AM

Very true. For years the sale was my big shopping event of the year. I’d get the Burberry pieces and enjoy shopping. I spend very little there now, except for a few basics most years. I splurged this year on a few David Yurman bracelets during a trunk show 10 point event and might again at the next one. What turned me off was when I bought three pairs of Aquatalia booties some years ago on sale in the 300.00 range perhaps. Within a short time after the sale, they were lower and I got a price adjustment. Not much later I was at the Rack and saw the bone colored pair for 85.00. I was not happy and was able to get another adjustment. Since then I’ve not bought much.

This is what I purchased in store today. Smaller store. Seems lots of items especially for contemporary brands were being pulled for online orders or associates pulling for their customers. Some items only had a few left or I didn’t see some things in person at all.
The Farm Rio cropped cardigan is super cute! The Eileen Fisher sweater is super soft, lightweight and easy to wear. The Travis Matthew jacket is something I wear anywhere anytime.
The Dolce Vita Haydee mary jane mule is cute and comfy! Trying to decide which color to get. The website seems to have the dark brown and light brown photos switched?
The lighting is so weird in there, but this bag didn’t seem as brick red to me in the store. It’s smaller than I thought it was, but very cute.
These were also nice. The small one is smaller than I thought and would be so cute as a crossbody.
