Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2025

My plan is to focus on natural fabrics and high quality and that usually shortens the shopping list substantially because every year it seems like they have more synthetics and lower quality items. I also agree with whoever wrote earlier that most items can be purchased later on at much deeper discounts so I will just keep stuff on my wishlist that I'm uncertain that I need.

The last two sales I've gotten cute Monica Vinader jewelry so I hope there is something nice this year and that usually sells out and it's worth getting early. I also like getting Paul Green shoes but those usually end up deeply discounted later (last year it was just a month or so later iirc).
I've been trying to stay away from synthetic blends too, especially tops--I am pretty much only buying 100% cotton nowadays. I would love to find a light weight cotton sweater. Last year I found a couple of 100% cotton cardigans but they were pretty bulky and I didn't get much wear. Fingers crossed!

Nordstrom is EF’s biggest retail partner. Don’t think they would skip the sale. Can’t wait to see EVERYTHING.
Right thats what I figured- I dont doubt that Eileen Fisher will be included :) In fact, I was first introduced to Eileen Fisher through this sale I think 3 years ago now - I saw so many people raving about the brand so I figured I'd try it out. Now half my closet is Eileen Fisher!

The impulse goblin ALWAYS strikes. But you know what happens with about... Probably 75% of the items (at least from my wishlist)? They end up coming back down the road for even bigger discounts! Paul Green shoes, Rag & Bone tops, etc. all ended up at 70% off. The difficulty is the patience waiting for that moment, and having luck that the right size comes back!
Sometimes I don’t even care about the later discount (unless it’s hundreds of dollars) cause I like having something special that I bought with yall on our annual shopping trip… like if you’re on vacay you buy a hoodie for that place but you wouldn’t go on Amazon and buy the same hoodie cheaper cause you want it as a souvenir from the experience. Probably not super rational but it’s all about bringing joy I suppose so I go with it.

There are some 100% cotton sweaters from Marine Layer on sale at Nordstrom - the open stitch is lightweight and they are soft
