I'm on vacation visiting my family and took my mother and grandmother on a shopping spree today. It was their first time attending this sale and it was a lot of fun having them with me. I made most of my purchases last night online and then checked some things out in person. Already know I have several returns. And also need to place another order for things I couldn't see in person but wasn't sure about ordering.

Sorry no pics because I was busy making sure my grandma and mom were taken care of.

We all got Hokas, they are super comfortable. My grandmother and I also loved the Paul Green Unity Platform Sneakers, the all white version. I didn't like the Paul Green Vienna booties, narrow in the toes and stiff around the ankle.

I was planning on getting a bunch of Eileen Fisher cotton sweaters but found out after seeing them in person that I cannot stand the boucle texture and I'm very glad I haven't ordered any yet.

The Madewell Conway black and white stripe oversize sweater is super cute.

I liked the Vince chore jacket but I'm not sure it's my style or that it would go with my existing wardrobe. I bought it for my grandmother though, she loved it. I might need to get it and try it on with outfits once I return home.

I really like the Farm Rio Wild Night button up, but it's a pretty thin cotton and may not be everyone's cup of tea. But the print is very fun and it fits me well. I ordered it last night, my size is now sold out, so I really hope it actually ships because it's one of my favs. Maybe I should have bought the one I tried on in store but I didn't want to have double....

I decided that I didn't need the size 6 in these shoes since I picked the black colorway in the platforms and reordered them in the right size, but now I am having FOMO and need them in size 5.5. I will keep the size 6 ones for now.

My daughter and I both got the Cole Haan ones in Red...beautiful (nice suede) and true to size. I didn't try on the other ones...but get both :biggrin:

The Red suede was comfortable but not the black patent ones (just FYI)

Just returned from Topanga and was so happy to see TPF poster @HeatherGrace at the store! We share the same SA! Hope you and your daughter are having a great time!

The actual ambassador event was minimal - a small snack box, bottle water, coffee and vouchers for lunch and beauty products. Most of my shopping was on-line (last night during their no-expedited shipping issue). Anyway, here is what I found today:

My favorites: Halogen rib sweater skirt and Halogen rib mock neck top. True to size. The skirt in the picture is silver smoke gray and I also bought the warm ash brown.
Not so favorite: Farm rio dress. It is VERY long - will need at least six inches (I'm 5'5") shortened and the top area runs small and its very loose around hips and abs. This was a no for me mostly because of the expensive tailoring to hem this material
Yes: Zoe and Claire Sleeveless pintuck midi sweater dress.
Yes: Topshop Cable sweater skirt and sweater crop cardigan in
mushroom color.

Yes: Wit and wisdom raw hem high waisted bootcut jeans
Yes: UGG EZ Duzzit Platfrom sneakers in blue and ceramic. They do make your feet look big but they are so comfortable, like walking on memory foam pillows.
No: Halogen oversized colorblock cardigan. This was a double extra small and way too boxy and oversized for me.
Yes: UGG Golderstar cozy clog: Very comfy and you can order half sizes! True to size.

I also bought three more pairs of black wit and wisdom and the Top Shop cable sweater and skirt in grey. Not pictured: The On Cloud 5 running shoes - they were so hard and stiff and they do run small - not for me.

2 nights ago on IG stories a Nordstrom employee gave a heads up to her followers/customers that she was told they are really enforcing the pickup policy and it’s 5 days. Apparently there’s so much stock and it’s so busy, so be sure to pickup your things within the 5 days.

I’m happy with the quality, it’s heavy and soft. It’s an oversized fit, I’m typically a M and went with a small and there’s still plenty of room. Not cropped. I’m planning on wearing it with grey pants and the Weitzman pearl flats for work.

Long time lurker and first time posting. I hoped to get the Barbour Beadnell jacket that was offered in olive and navy. There were very few left this morning and now it shows sold out. I saved the product page to stalk and noticed it was described as 30% lighter waxed cotton than the classic Beadnell. I’m guessing this was made for the anniversary sale and not the same as regular stock Barbour, but wanted to see if anyone had seen it.

I'm glad that it's not cropped because there are quite a few sweaters and tops in this sale that are very cropped and it was disappointing because they are otherwise cute.

Completely agree with above. This wasn't on my radar till I saw it in store. Love that it's not cropped!
