I thought I was pretty good about the sale last year, didn't order too many items and not really any duplicates, and worked hard not to get FOMO. I was cleaning out my closet and swapping winter for summer and found this Jacket/Sweater item that I was so excited to wear, it had gotten smashed in the back, and had forgotten all about it. It still had the tags on it. :frown:1718059208794.png

I did the return two weeks ago and it was no problem at all. I think as long as you don’t do this all the time, it’s fine.

Gosh I wear the studded jacket all the time and get so many complements on it! Funny how that works out sometimes :)

I was quite pregnant for the last sale so I'm excited no matter what! :biggrin:

From last year's sale I loved the Dennis Gross LED mask, my BFD PJ sets that were amazing post-partum (especially the week-long detour we took to the NICU), and our bug-a-boo pack and play. My older kids also wore out the emoji sweater and Mario sweatshirt they got. So overall a good year (but I, too, didn't wear my REISS leather jacket enough).

I also switch back and forth between being ambassador and influencer - I'm an ambassador this year and looking forward to the breakfast event!

Oh hellloooo everyone!! It feels so good to be back again. Our yearly tradition! Lol.

I just got the email from Nordstrom about the preview coming up which reminded me to come back here and see how everyone is doing. A few things I got last year which have been staple pieces that I have used constantly are the Faherty hoodie, Dusen Dusen robe, Eileen Fisher hemp/cotton pants & black jersey t, and Paul Green black loafers. I dont "need" anything else but if there are any decent Paul Green shoes, stand out Eileen Fisher items, or nice blazers I may get some :smile:

The items which I don't wear as much which I decided to not return are a pair of Mother jeans- I really like them, however I didnt think about the fact that I rarely do anything where I wear jeans, and I cant wear ripped jeans to work, so I have only worn them twice. I will make an effort to wear them more in the coming months! I also got a Zella zipped sweater/jacket and a flowy black dress- I do wear them here and there, I think I'm getting good use out of them but if I could turn back time I would have returned the zip sweater/jacket.

Last year, I was able to finally snag the Alec Les Filles cotton joggers. Tags are still on them! I do love my Vince cardigan though, cashmere and wool blend. I hope to be more careful purchasing this year! I am in San Sebastián, Spain right now and I can tell you nobody here or in Paris are wearing the oversized pants look. Straight leg and slim fit jeans are most popular!

How slim? This is why I don’t throw out or donate anything if I like the way it looks. Usually, it comes back in.
