Her denim choices were interesting with so many wide leg jeans this year! Maybe you have to be very tall for these to work because this much denim adds weight to my frame (I'm 5'5") and the straight-leg or skinny cut jeans are more slimming.

Some day I would love to make it up to Washington and shop at the Bellevue store - isn't it their flagship store?
Seattle downtown is the flagship store….Bellevue is store #4… but it is a very nice large store that just was completely redone over the last year or so and it is almost finished….I think handbags has a room or two still clothed up….but very nice location…..however downtown has all the Designer insert shops from…LV, Gucci, Chanel and they have a larger store.
I personally prefer Bellevue location….easy to get too and loads of parking.

It was right when the preview started. Instead of starting the preview, they started the sale for everyone. It lasted an hour or two…
I bought a bunch of stuff but it was total luck that I happened to be looking at that time. Plus very unfair to the icons! (Shameless hypocrite here)
Your reaction that you posted when "The Happening" happened, was priceless.

You were all right that us saying we werent going to get much will eventually have a list of things lol... Based on some stuff I saw here and after browsing some more, I found several Nordstrom branded/owned items that I want to get to spruce up my wardrobe.

This grey zip up cardigan is great and will be good for work - https://www.nordstrom.com/s/rib-zip-cardigan/7740921 (not gonna lie, I love the outfit and had to ask chat what the pants were as I couldnt find them, they are Open Edit and they were on sale and there was one pair left in my size, hope it doesnt cancel)

I love the look of this blazer and I need a new one, not sure if I want camel or grey but it will probably be grey -

These mary jane flats, I think I will get them in red and silver - https://www.nordstrom.com/s/nordstrom-mary-jane-flat-women/7734358

This sleeveless sweater, I love the blue shade and need more tops like this for work - https://www.nordstrom.com/s/rib-sleeveless-sweater/7807655

Welp, I was considering this sweater in Black and Cobalt and walked past the yellow today in store. Thought it was cute but then realized this piece is hand wash/lay flat to dry. That's too much effort for a $40 sweater.

Didn't need any sweaters anyway! Now if I could just break my light jacket addiction...
Agreed, I loathe hand wash in general. And I almost always forget anyway and throw them in the washer.

I'm having FOMO and things are being added to my wish list that I was trying to restrain myself from getting.

Is this too expensive for a cashmere and silk sweater? It looks pretty. I know I will wear it as long as it's soft and not itchy. But the price...

This is one of my things I was trying to avoid getting but keep coming back to.

I personally would not spend that money on a tshirt sweater, however of course we all have different budgets, style, etc. I say you buy it and see how you feel with it in person - if you dont feel immediate love, then return it!

I went in store today just to poke around the blocked-off sections. I wanted to see what my store has available- There was so much! Way more than last year. I got to touch a few things which were on the edge of the blocked-off areas. I checked out the vibrant yellow-green Hokas, the lavender ON sneakers, the brown suede adidas (these were super fuzzy/chunky suede lol), the pink Veronica Beard cardigan (nicely knit cotton- felt good to the touch), the sleeveless knit turtle/mock neck sweater dress by Nordstrom (this was SO THICK, super dense, if that's what you were hoping for!).

From a distance I saw some stuff I wanted, wish I could have felt them - I saw the cute Nordstrom brand mary janes, a few Halogen tops. I could tell the one Halogen top in my wishlist was not a material I would like so I will not buy.

Anyways, I think I may go in store on Thursday morning because several items on my wishlist were there. For the ones that I for sure did not spot, I'll order online, however I might as well try stuff out as I'd rather do that than order online and return.

Light jackets are a serious problem for me. When I moved to CA, it was such a bonus to be able to wear light jackets most of the year. But instead of wearing the 20 I already own, I was like “fantastic! I will now buy many more light jackets!”

I feel like delicate cold wash is fine. I mean really what’s gonna happen? There aren’t jagged edges in your washer. Just don’t put it in with jeans with zippers or whatever. Could it really be bad for a sweater to swish it around and then spin the water out? Doesn’t seem any worse than hand washing in any way I can think of. I’ve never had an issue. I think not drying is the import thing (I acknowledge that not drying is still a PITA and easy to forget if you don’t already have a “don’t dry” set of clothes).
