The NAS opens on July 9th for Icons, July 10th for Ambassadors, and July 11th for Influencers. The public NAS starts on July 15th and runs through August 4th.

I wonder if Nordstrom or Frame made a mistake. The Frame belted jean jacket they put up in the preview had friends of mine kinda excited to see it and now every one that had it on their wishlist, it says sold out in all the sizes and the jacket is now missing from the preview. In Eric’s preview (mentioned in the above post) of the Frame clothes he previews a belted jean dress that looks similar to the jacket but isn’t the jacket and that dress is not in the preview either.
I have enclosed a picture of the original preview item that is now missing.

I agree with you. I was interested myself to see it in person, but it wasn’t a must have item for me. A manager once told me that if an item said “sold out” before the sale even started it usually means that the vendor has requested the items to be sent back. So it will be interesting to see if it pops back up in the next week, or if the Frame jean dress pops up instead.

Yes, but it isn’t. They’ll have it to buy on launch day. I remember some items from last year showed sold out but come launch, they had stock. Granted, it might not be a lot but they had stock.

I have a refreshingly short list this year and I’m sticking to it!

Trying to downsize and simplify my wardrobe. Going to try the black Rag and Bone skinny cropped jeans since I don’t have any black jeans right now.

The Vinyl Icons tees are great for sleeping/wear as pajamas so I always get a couple of them.

Pendleton jackets, one for DH and one for my dad.

Trying for the Osea body lotion this year as I slept on it last year and missed out.

Jack Black lip collection, love these and haven’t had chapped lips since I started using them!

Dagne Dover toiletry totes… Giving these a try!

I got the Osea Body Lotion last year & the pump sucks. It’s really hard to get the product out, and the lotion is kind of gritty. I’m skipping it this year, which makes me sad because I love Osea & their body butter is AMAZING. Ulta had it 50% off during their fall 21 days of beauty last year & I got 4 jars.

I've been looking at a few pairs of Mother denim, but they don't have them in my size. Last year, I got a baby stroller for a deep discount and some clothing. So that got me to the influencer status.

I got the Osea Body Lotion last year & the pump sucks. It’s really hard to get the product out, and the lotion is kind of gritty. I’m skipping it this year, which makes me sad because I love Osea & their body butter is AMAZING. Ulta had it 50% off during their fall 21 days of beauty last year & I got 4 jars.

Gosh I remember that. I ended up returning the lotion because of that. I even went so far as to call the company and tell them I love the product but hated the container and will repurchase if They repackage it. I found there is just too much that goes to waste.

Several items were showing sold out when I added them to my wish list (including this jacket) and this same thing happened last year too. All the sold out stuff showed up when the sale started. I remain optimistic. This jacket is on my wishlist too!

It’s really terrible and has been this way for years. I bought it from Credo back in the day and credo kept ordering me new pumps from the company (who sent me pumps and a whole new bottle and none of them worked). The pump wasn’t the problem. It’s just too thick for that type of dispenser. I haven’t bought it since, but I was able to use the product that I already had by adding several pumps of osea body oil into the lotion and mixing it up. I had that oil on hand because they came as a set but you could use whatever body oil (honest makes a nice one that isn’t expensive and is great on its own). Some cheap argan oil or something like that should work too.

Wow, thanks so much for this intel! I also like the body butter and had expectations for the lotion.

Maybe at this price point I should reconsider 🤔

I remember this from last year! I ended up just avoiding the lotion and buying the oil and body butter. I love the oil and fortunately I have never had any issues with the pump.

I realize that I use the NAS beauty bundles to try things out… and then I buy them elsewhere since the sales elsewhere tend to be as good if not better than the NAS prices.

Spend $2,000 on your Nordstrom Visa anyplace between certain dates and you were rewarded with a $200 note. They also had one for spending $5,000 on Visa anywhere to get promoted from Influencer to Ambassador. I had both promotions applied but I’m not really seeing much to make it worth the effort. I’m older, like the quiet luxury look and am definitely not their demographic. Other than a replacement Barbour jacket, I think I’m done.

I’m just a lowly influencer this year after having a baby and changing my shopping preferences but I got an email invite this morning from my local store (Scottsdale) inviting me to shop on the 11th with a stylist. They must be really hurting for apppintments this year

Oh fun! My technique for these in-store events is to tell the SA that you barely ever get away for alone time and you love shopping by yourself. Then I tell them that I’m happy to give their name every time I check out so that they get commission. Nobody has ever objected to this plan where they do nothing and get paid. Win-win!
