I was $21.39 short, so no promo note for me!
I'm about to call...pray for me.

Update: I am on hold with customer service client who sees i accepted offer and has spent well over the $2000. She waiting to talk to someone for confirmation to add to my account. Y'all I get so skeptical of these promos because it always seems to be a problem with upholding their bargain without prompting.

Update 2: I was on that phone for 1 hour 27 minutes for cs rep to tell my by her accounting I'm short for the spend. She also had trouble calculating my double point days. The math was not mathing and I am pissed 😡. This sale not looking so good now.

IKR? I logged everything in a spreadsheet too. I’m usually pretty good at basic arithmetic! guess I won’t be ordering that Reiss coat now lol
It’s annoying to be that small of an amount short, have your spreadsheet fail, etc., but it’s *really super extra* annoying that they didn’t just issue the note. I mean, you had to spend $2k, so you were 1% short?! Come ON people.

Slowly building a wishlist, which may change a million times before the sale is live.

Does anyone own these sheets? I'm at the fun age where night sweats are becoming a thing. The Nordstrom 400 thread count sheets are fine (outside of the Sage color, which faded into a light beige and I've never experienced anything like that with Nordies sheets or ones by other brands). These sound nice? Although at this price point, linen might be a good option as well.

I own a few sets. The quality has declined but they’re still pretty good. I have a thick mattress and the all around elastic works well keeping the fitted sheet on the bed. I own both blue and blush. The blue has gotten blotchy after a year of use. The blush has held up better for some reason. They are cared for the same. I’ve read reviews that a few have had pilling issues but so far I haven’t. My only word of caution is that they wrinkle very easily. They’re fine when I pull them out of the dryer but wrinkle almost immediately. I’m used to it and love the soft feeling when I crawl in bed. I do like them and feel like they are a good value but they aren’t “investment” sheets. I suspect I’ll get a few years use but not much beyond that. I’m over 65 and sleep warm. I find them as cool as any.

Yes I love them but I got a better price with shop cash multiplier.

Initially I was upset and was going to delete my wishlist in protest (hah) but it was my error! I basically shifted all of my daily spending from my Amex to the Nvisa. I’m annoyed for everyone else who spent well over the requirement and has to call CS to get their bonus note.

You are a good person (vegetable?) rutabaga!
And yes - extra extra extra annoying for all of you who spent over the $2k and have to do anything at all with CS instead of just banking your note for the sale!

I agree! They could have at least issued a smaller note. The rep on my call said there was another promotion of $100 for $1,000 purchase.

WHAT! My guess is they wouldn’t issue the $100 note because it’s not the promo I was offered and signed up for. Anyway, their trick didn’t work, I incurred zero interest charges so at least I’m not out anything

I'm too petty. I am only spending my notes which are over $300. I was counting on my $200 to take me to a $500 spend as I didn't need much of anything. I have zero faith in that card as ever kept putting me on hold. Failed to know spend date rules and points. Geesh, this is a sign to keep it focused this NAS!

Honestly, if it wasn’t for the no foreign transaction fee, I would’ve cut up this card years ago. Even then, it doesn’t activate properly so I always end up contacting CS from overseas. I don’t spend enough to earn any perks (last year I was ambassador due to $1200 in fraudulent charges) and during the pandemic I was issued three new cards due to repeated CC fraud, international and domestic. Now that I’ve typed this all out, why do I even bother?! They don’t even ask for my “secret code” when I call, which is supposed to be an extra layer of security. Someone called and impersonated me to have my card info texted to them and then went on a shopping spree at two different stores in SoCal.

I always love following this thread! I am disappointed in the sale offerings this year, I don't see anything yet that I plan to buy. I looked at all the beauty, handbags, sunglasses, and jewelry online, some of the shoes and clothing.

Sorry to ask this because it was covered last year, regarding the double point days - if you purchase at 9:01pm (Pacific Time) on the day before your access day and make it a double point day and then go into the store when it opens at 8:00am (Pacific Time) on the next day, do you have to use a second double point day? I seem to remember we had to do this last year because the sale starts at 12:01am ET.

It’s whatever time zone you’re in. So if you do it at 9 o’clock on a Thursday PST it ends at midnight our time but if you do it at 12:01am the next day it’s for a full 24 hours.

Thank you! So you do have to use two double point days because one will expire at midnight California time (if I shop at 9pm) and then the next day you have to use one in-store.
