I had the same problem - one pair I bought the top was a full size smaller than the tag. I was fortunately able to snag another pair that was cut properly before the sale ended, and I returned the first pair and told Nordstrom they were flawed.

I just reordered it in a 10 (and would’ve gotten a 12 to try if they’d had it in stock) because it’s beautiful. Dusty blue leaning grey. Very soft and cute cut. (Or maybe it’s not the cut and it’s just particularly snazzy because it’s so tight and looks badass AF).

I guess the silver lining is that I bet a lot of people will return it after their first try due to size. So lots of pop backs?

My next size up arrived (sz 10) and it is about 3x bigger than the 8. So maybe the 8 was just a fluke and the jacket is actually TTS. I’m confused and sad cause it’s so pretty. Oh well.

Ordered another sz.8 the first one was definitely marked 8 but it has to have been a mistake. Trying one last time. It’ll probably show up and be the exact same one I had before.

Thinking about you all a lot. I miss you! It’s like when I go on a girls weekend or sister trip and then feel empty and alone once it’s over. :hugs:

I have been going back & forth with customer service over the Levi’s puffer vest, trying to get a smaller size. My initial order on 7/9/24 for a large was canceled. I ended up with an XXL through a pop up. They let me reorder, kept Anniversary price & changed it to XL, but it canceled 2 days later. I didn’t know customer service orders from the same website as we do, it’s no longer like calling the store 🤯 I called back & they are going to ship a Large, but I know longer have any faith. 🙄

Okay so for your entertainment… I have now received an 8, then a 10, then another 8 in this jacket. It is just not gonna happen. Below is the 8 (normally 8s are comfortably loose on me) - this one is fitted all over- I have a pretty flat chest and it is actually pulling funny cause it’s so tight. I can’t lift up my arms. Then the 10… ie, one size bigger?!

I’m impressed they’re actually letting you reorder various sizes. They wouldn’t help me at all with this. I hope it ships!!!

Wow the 10 looks like it is 3 sizes larger than the 8! Sush a shame because it is a cool piece. Sorry it did not work out for you and hope you find a great moto jacket that works!

The Large actually arrived & it is tight at the bottom 😂 so I’m keeping the XXL. A lot of trouble for nothing, but they absolutely did work with me, especially when the first one customer service ordered sold out, I did lose my temper a bit. I had no idea the women in customer service had no better chance of getting it then if I had ordered myself, of course I couldn’t adjust the price. They did try to help. XXL pictured.IMG_1155.jpeg

So... after seeing the light blue AllSaints leather jacket here, I was tempted, and ordered a size 6 and a size 8. The size 6 came in first and was way too small, so I already returned it. My size 8 came in Thursday, I excitedly open the package, to tried it on... it fits fine, but as I look in the mirror, the color looks lighter somehow.. and I realized the belt isn't right at all. The belt at the back supposed to be hidden... This one is exposed, with loops holding it on to the jacket. The leather felt rougher than my recollection of the size 6 I previously received. Then I took it off to examine it closely. The buttons all stamped with BLANKNYC!!! The inside garment label is also labeled BLANKNYC!!! The things that said AllSaints was the inside top logo leather tag and the price tag. However, after looking at it closely it looks like the tag was poorly glued on, with the corners peeling off. The price tag is one of those tied on ones, so someone could have easily tied it to the jacket. I was shocked... I called customer service to let them know what happened. She noted it on the file and assured me I would not have issues bringing this back into the store. I went to returned it to the store on Friday and didn't have issues returning it after explaining what happened. However, unfortunately the item is now sold out... :sad:

This is what I got in the mail in the color Cloud Grey, instead of the AllSaints Jacket:

Omg seriously!? Wow that is bold of whoever switcherooed those jackets.

I can let you know when/where I return the 8. It is very tight on me but if you are a slim sz.6 and like very fitted moto jackets, then it might work. Worth a try if you’re still thinking about it. It is smaller than a normal sz.6 but not by much… probably in between a TTS 4/6. I can measure it for you if you want (although not sure if that’s helpful if you already returned the 6 and can’t compare them). I also have another Allsaints jacket in an 8, so I could tell you both measurements so you can see how much smaller it is than their normal 8. Let me know if any of this is helpful. I also wouldn’t blame you if you’re just totally over it. (Like me with this jacket!)

Edited to add: okay I just measured because I was curious.

Black allsaints moto sz.8 that fits me like every other allsaints leather or suede sz.8 moto jacket that I have tried (which is a lot of them):
20” across chest

The new Lt blue suede moto sz.8:
17” chest

The new Lt blue suede moto s.10:
22” chest

So there is a 10” circumference difference between the sz.8 and sz.10 in the light blue(!!!!!!!!!!). TEN INCHES. And neither of them is particularly close in size to the black one that fits me. No wonder this jacket went on sale. It’s very pretty if you get lucky and it happens to fit you!! Based on the measurements, between a TTS 4 and 6 seems like an accurate estimate of what the “8” is.

Thank you so much for the measurements! And wow! That is a huge difference between the 10 and the 8. The 6 I tried on was tight across my shoulder. I would love to give the 8 a try if I could get my hands on one. Please let me know when/where you decided to return the 8. :smile: :heart:
