Wow! They said they would schedule a FedEx pickup to come to my house and I don’t need to print anything out - the FedEx person will have the label and take care of it. I hope your refund goes smoothly - mine was processed pretty quickly and I was lucky that my items are still in stock.

On one hand I understand that it’s not the CS’s fault that the items were sold out. But on the other hand it’s extremely disappointing that they didn’t offer any sort of resolution for their own error. A refund is the bare minimum to help fix this. The idea that they expect you to stalk for returns to pop up is not really an acceptable fix. This is why sales are down, it’s not a luxury/high end experience shopping experience when you’re doing all the work to fix their error.

Well my current mission is to find some jewelry - the Monica Vinader snake chain necklace I ordered and received is going
to be returned. The circular clasp is difficult for me to connect by myself and although it's pretty I just didn't think it was worth the price.

I also received the Ecco soft 7 sneakers today in the soft white gold and they too are being returned. I do see why people like them but the sizing for me is off. I'm a size 9 and these are a little too big but not so big that I could go down in size. Plus I did not care for the color - I thought it would be a more burnished gold in person but the website photo is accurate for once. Just not what I was looking for.

I am reordering in a smaller size the Nordstrom ribbed v-neck sweater for comparison purposes

So I got some shoes today one is a Franco sarto flat. I'm a 8.5 w and I ordered both 8.5 and 9 w. I was so excited for them out it's rare to have wide shoes let alone wide shoes I like. I first tried the 8.5 way too small the 9 fit better still tad snug on my left foot which is wider. The other pairs were naturalizer and ordered in the same sizes. I was disappointed by them they look to have a somewhat cushy soul and a foam heal. However they were very uncomfortable on I also felt like they were narrow too. The naturalizer shoes will go back I'm 50/50 on the Franco Sarto. I'm going to try them on in the morning and see how they feel on my wider foot.

Thanks they’re a Costco Kirkland signature jogger lol. I have a handful of vuori joggers my first pair was black camo. They finally got to the point I had to retire them after 7 years. And for whatever reason they no longer make black camo which was a staple color for years. I came across these and they’re the perfect dupe for them the only difference is they are a tad shorter (not an issue for me I’m 5’3 lol) and the pockets are smaller (my phone doesn’t fit as well). They sold out pretty quickly I hope they come back with more colors in fall/winter. Also you can get 4 pairs for less than the cost of 1 pair of the vuori joggers.

My favorite T&B sweater in dark grey in the correct size XXS. This is number 7 for me.

These are the Kut Kick Flare Jeans. They fit better than the black Target jeans I have. Not sure about the flare. Maybe it will relax after not being folded. Thinking about them.

The lighting is atrocious in my closet.

Jeans are the 1822 wide leg that aren’t in the sale. I don’t like the back pockets. They’re going back. Need to find some dark wide leg jeans.

FP sweater. Love this. Want to find it in Ivory. I found a Navy one on Poshmark, but trying to restrain myself.

Paige Staight Leg Ankle jeans. I’m 5’3”ish which makes a 28” inseam perfect on me. 🤪 I obviously have to keep these. I love Paige denim.

And I love the red shoes! I’m glad I tried on the 7 in store so I’d know to size down to the 6.5 when I ordered.

I have a few more things coming, nothing real exciting though. May go swing through the NorthPark store (it’s big) on Tuesday when I’m in Dallas to see what they have left.

I like the wide leg jeans the best… they look fresh and modern compared to the other styles and are very flattering on you… the cable sweater is fab!

I remember when they used to do a good range of narrow shoes which I miss… especially the Stuart Weitzman. I’m still wearing some from the AS sale in 2015… if you ever travel to Europe the standard width of shoes is wider than the US. So consider trying on shoes that come in European sizes. If you are a 9 try a European 40. The Italian brands in particular run wider…

Finally got an order last night- two king fitted bed sheets are great (I dont really have much expectations for sheets other than I need cotton or linen), and I got two stretch cotton pima long sleeve shirts by nordstrom. I'm bummed, the shirts are pretty crummy. They are very thin (the white is completely transparent) and the mediums I got fit a bit big with loose fabric under my arms and the neck hole is too big and was actually loose and not sitting flat in the grey one I bought. I'm going to return both, pretty sad because these looked like good basics to have.

Shoot! I had talked myself out of it because it looked more complicated than I want to fool with. But if it will do that to my hair in six minutes I have to get it! Is this price good compared to other sales at other retailers during the year? I haven't paid any attention...
