Long time lurker here and I thank you all for sharing your Nordstrom experiences.

I bought the Frame Le High Two Button Flare Jeans, which are a great fit but the pants need shortening. I’m 5’8” and normally have difficulty finding pants that are long enough for me, so it’s unusual to have to deal with alterations. Will Nordstroms alter pants purchased in the anniversary sale? I’m a lowly Icon if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Oh that's good to know! These could stretch a little and still be okay I think. I ordered the mother hustler flare jeans that popped up in my size today. If they ship I was going to see if I like them more than the dazzlers

I'm pretty sure they will alter items purchased from the sale! I think earlier in the thread someone even said they took an item they didn't even buy from Nordstrom, but was a brand they sell there and they didn't say anything

When you say they stretch a lot, do you mean once initially putting them on? Or do they continue to stretch with wear during the day? I havent worn mine yet and if they will stretch out with wear I may have to return them since right now they fit perfectly, and I dont want to have to hike them up!

I think they stretch initially, not continuously. They are cut larger than their other styles. i usually size up in Mother jeans but ended up ordering my usual size. They haven’t arrived yet. I don’t know that they will work. I’ll report back when they arrive.

Thank you! Funny enough, after asking you, I was able to grab a size 28 which popped up. Hopefully it ships so that I can see how it fits compared to the 29 I have.

The dagne dover large duffle and matching belt bag are in stock so I decided to place one final sale order for those two. I've been meaning to get a small "personal item" carry on since right now I use my work backpack for that and it's really not an attractive bag and not great for accessing items quickly if I need to. I'm going to europe in a few weeks and figured it was good timing for this lol.

All my stuff has finally arrived! Including Reiss cardigan from Sabrunka! I like the size large (size up from what I would normally order). It’s oversized but that’s how I like cardigans. I was super surprised to see the strip of cashmere covering all the front buttons. I guess I must have saw that when I first looked at all the pictures back on July 3rd but I think the 100 times I have looked at it since, I have only looked at the main first picture, in which it clearly looks like the buttons are visible. The buttons are cute and fun with the similar color-tone stripe so I have to readjust the look in my head and reconsider in a new light. Very very cute though!!!!

I got the Rag and Bone Dre jeans in two sizes down (took me three tries to get the right fit!). They’re so cute and comfy. Hallelujah for lower rises coming back in style (I do not like higher rises pressing into my stomach). They are quite low though in case anyone is considering them. I showed my sister and we agreed that the the rise is very Britney-early-2000s :lol:

In other news, I found the white Reiss Claudine sweater on poshmark (I was majorly stalking this one). That arrived as well and it is SO great. Darling neck line. I got it for $70. Reminder to everyone to check poshmark if you can’t find what you want - there are lots of new items there too, not just used.

I feel like we are wrapping up and I will miss everyone. I’m still here until the end though!!

My ghd platinum flat iron died over the weekend (purchased NAS 2019). It’s annoying cause it was so expensive and I don’t use it that often. Anyways, I’m considering the T3 Singlepass. Do any of you have this?? They still have the ghd but it’s significantly more expensive since (and broke!).

Appreciate thoughts!

I had this on my wish list and it sold out before I could get it. I have a pop back in the green but I'm still watching for the tan. I like it - it fits exactly as it does on the model in my usual T&B size Medium. I love that it's 100% cotton.
