Is anyone planning on getting any of the Clare V bags? I like the crossbody bags, though not sure if it is worth the money based on the materials. Does anyone have any Clare V bags? How is the quality?

I have a Clare V foldover clutch, although it's not from the Anniversary Sale. I have had it for somewhere between 4 and 6 years, and it seems to be of high quality. It's not an every day bag for me, so its hard to say how it would hold up to daily use. However, I still really like the bag and enjoy carrying it.

I own these and I love them! I am between a 6.5-7 and I ended up getting the 7 so I can wear thicker ankle socks with them in the fall winter. The zipper didn't irritate my ankle at all, but I know everyone is different. I have these in the Khaki color on my wish list :)

For everyone saying the preview seems very limited...One of the influencers I follow (Emily Gemma) said the preview is just that, a preview - and that there will be far more items once the sale actually starts...I sure hope she is right!!
She said she has already received several of her anniversary sale purchases and other items that brands sent her (I'm sure they are able to shop the sale early so they can promote everything) and that several of her items are not included in the preview.

That is not possible. The sale for the highest level of customers starts (not social media influencers) on August 4 for Icons. Preview is what it says--as chance to look at what is on the sale BEFORE the sale starts. This is so awesome! Emily Gemma just has links to the website for products that are in preview--not seeing any product she's received.

I’ve ordered them a couple times and they smell so bad. Like raw fish skin. It’s really bizarre. I was utterly confused the second time (I had assumed the first time was a fluke)... but then I saw this complaint in many reviews. What would make leather smell this way?! Maybe some sort of treatment or conditioner? Anyways, not okay.

I agree it’s annoying. Just say “a selection of items will be previewed ahead of time instead of a catalogue” or something. Do companies not learn how much it irritates people when they blatantly mislead people? Ugh.
