From what my SA said, levels will change next year because many stores temporarily closed & sales are significantly down due to covid. She doesn’t see an icon, ambassador level etc at the same dollar amounts next year or maybe at all.
In the Nordstrom app account section I go to reward, then benefits and it tells me how many $$ I need to spend to get to the next level. Its usually a day or two behind though

Thank you both. I was able to find what you were talking about.
My question is how to know much you have spent achieve or maintain a particular status for the following year. Or how long a particular status lasts. I don’t think whatever we have spent this year will just zero out on 1/1/2021 otherwise everyone would start at Member or Insider in January.

Your status for next year is based on what you spend from 1/1/20 - 12/31/20. You can call customer service to get the exact dollar amount you have spent year to date. Also, if you use the App, go under Account, Rewards, Benefits and it will give you an idea of how much you have spent this year with a graph on how to maintain whatever your current status is but not the dollar amount. Hope this helps.

Received the Thea P448 sneakers today and absolutely love them. I am a size 9 and previously ordered them in a 39 when they popped back up online. The next day a 40 popped up so I grabbed them quickly. Thankfully the 39's shipped quickly via FedEx and they were a tad small. I returned them to the store last week and patiently waited on the 40's to come via USPS. So happy with them and the fit is perfect. Ended up with the Thea sneakers and Zebra high tops. It is a little disappointing that the sizes vary between the sneakers in this brand - wish they were a little more consistent so didn't have to deal with uncertainty of fit.

This is why I hesitated to order the CSL sneakers with the orange drip sole - although the many negative reviews didn't encourage me either.

I guess the Congressional inquiry into *****/DeJoy’s dismantling the USPS is having some effect. At 7:07 PM, the USPS dropped off a NAS package that had not had an update for over two weeks since arriving in the Washington, D.C. regional distribution center. I’m grateful that the package was delivered intact, if belatedly. My order was kids’ Ugg slippers for myself and my two adult daughters, as we can all wear the kids’ sizes. Thanks to everyone for the sales intel, reviews and camaraderie.

I just came back from returning a few items at the Bellevue Square location. I just had to check out the BFD section of the store. In case anyone is still looking for the cardigans, they have 2 of the leopard cardigan (cream color) in medium when I left the store at 1:30pm(PST). I couldn't resist so I tried on the medium cream leopard, way too big on me, the lady took the one I tried on away probably to disinfect as she didn't put it back on the rack immediately. They have a bunch of BFD stuff.. circle cardigan, the long cardigan and the weekend long cardigan.

I am super disappointed in Bel Square this year. I have been using an SA recommended on this site for the past few years, but my status had slipped to the lowest rung this year and Bel Square offered to let me shop on the 10th vs the 13th. The SA assigned to me was so disappointing. I had sent my wish list to her on the 9th (when many things were still in stock and she didn’t get me in until late on the 10th).She didn’t seem to find one single thing for me on my wish list (including the BFD cardigan which seems to have popped back in the store several times). She then sent me some random teddy bear hoody that wasn’t on my list at all and I never heard from her again, so I had to do the pop backs myself. I wanted to give my local store a hand and felt grateful to shop early, but next year I will just take my chances with someone I know will help me out more.
