I have a feeling I'm not going to do anything tomorrow except look at all of the items. I'm so excited about being able to see and add everything to my wishlist. I only wish they would allow multiple wishlists, or allow you to section out your wishlist.
You can have multiple wish lists. I move the things I have purchased to a new list. I’ve also already started a new wish list for Christmas shopping. Not sure if there is a limit as to how many wish lists are allowed.

Hi all! I was very excited for the Anniversary Sale this year. For the past 4 years I have lived in a state without a Nordstrom and this year I finally live somewhere with many stores to choose from. When COVID came around I was disappointed, but oh well there will be next year. Now that the sale is approaching, I have been looking into my options. Most of our stores are open with restrictions so I called the store with the best selection in the area to set up a personal shopping appointment on the first day of Icon preview to make sure I can actually access the sale items. They say the manager who is handling that is out so they take my info and read it back to me saying she will call me to schedule something. I gave it a few days and call again, I get sent from the operator directly to a voice mail, a few more days no response. I am new to the area and have not really been able to shop on store so I don't have an SA to reach out to. I'm frustrated and defeated. It's probably for the best that I shop online at home with all that is going on. I'm just frustrated with this emotional Anniversary Sale roller coaster before the thing even starts! Thanks for reading, I needed to vent and husband doesn't quite get it.

On a more positive note, what is everyone looking to get from the sale this year?

Last year I went on the first day of the Icon sale to purchase in-store by appointment with an SA. When I got there, she apologized and said anniversary sale items were still in the back/she couldn't find my items and asked me to come back when it was open to cardholders. This time I'm shopping on-line. There seems to be bad communication between what is posted on their website and what actually happens in the stores.

I move items all the time from my "Shopping Bag" to "Save for Later", but how do I add/move items to a Wish List?? I've been on the Nordstrom site and cannot see an easy way to do that.

What time does the preview start tomorrow?

I feel like the Nordstrom site is sluggish tonight, maybe preparing for the Preview start tomorrow??

I cannot wait to see what everyone gets this year!!! I've done a lot of sale shopping during the past months so my NAS budget is much smaller this year.

Thanks!!

When you click on an item the add to wish list is below the add to bag.

That's crazy! Thank you for letting me know. The store is already showing me they are not very capable. Between that and your experience I think I'm really better off at home. I'm sorry that happened to you and thank you for sharing.

This happened to me with a Jenni Kayne sweater. I ordered it, then ordered it again when it dropped in price and returned the first more expensive one (which was unworn). They refunded me the cheaper amount! WTF! I had to explain the situation to CS and they did fix it but I got a major scolding and was told to never use returns to "get around" the pricing. It was bizarre and very un-Nordstrom-like. I was like "so you're basically saying that I can't return a sweater that I bought a week ago and have not worn?" and the answer is.... yes, you can't return things in order to get the same thing cheaper. if you do so, it is "up to their discretion" whether to let you do it. Ugh.
I've noticed some stores (bergdorf for one, Ralph Lauren for another ) say price matching is only within 10 days and only if you paid full price!
If you bought on sale & then it drops lower, no price match.
Awful policy.
