When I tried to buy in store last year during the Icon early access, they had everything in the back, they couldn't go through the merchandise to locate anything and said they weren't prepared to sell in-store to icon customers. I would have to come back when the sale was opened to Nordstrom cardholders or order on-line!

This year I am only buying on-line to avoid that confusion at the store level :smile:

It is confusing this year how Icons can shop. I only want a handful of items so even if it sells out I will be fine. I bought enough with all the other sales the past few months.

With Covid, there are some stores that won't be able to open at all. And those who can open will probably have a limit on how many people can shop at a time in the store.

Hopefully it is online and in-store shopping for Ambassador and Icon. On the same day. At the same time.

I am a lowly ambassador and in the past I did most of my damage online on the first day I was able to shop. I do not recall buying much in-store even without the COVID pandemic. Honestly, I do not enjoy going into the stores these day with the SD restrictions and fearing someone will disregard the rules or touch me in the frenzy of grabbing sale items. It just is not worth getting sick. So if I cannot shop the anni sale online- it is fine. I too have grabbed some nice bargains up to 78% off at Nordies recently so I am more than good.
