I agree with you. I took the day off for the early access in the 12th but was not informed about the special dates for icon and ambassador so I am working and will not be going. I was able to shop and pre order on June 30 because it popped up on their website for me to access as an ambassador. Otherwise, I haven’t received any notifications about the Anniversary sale as an ambassador. Yeah, I don’t feel special at all.

Hello,
I have used the Neulash and Neubrow products for years and they do work. I did decide to purchase the Revitalash this time to change things up, fingers crossed it works. It took about 3 weeks for me to notice the length increase while using the Neulash. Good luck!

At least you were told about pre order on 6/30. I wasn't! I went and looked too. I am at the ambassador level and received a catalog plus the little wallet size card to take into the store today for early access. I didn't get any other perks/notice.

I have seen several Nordstrom employees in different groups offering to make your purchase for you. They won't pull anything until Friday morning. They will charge your card after they pull it. They say they can look up your info so we don't have to give them our card for safety reasons. Have any of you seen this or have used someone like this in past sales. Does this sound legit to you to to good to be true?

In my experience across many department stores (not just Nordstrom), many SAs will go above and beyond for a regular, loyal, higher-spending client. This includes setting aside purchases to pre-sell later, hiding coveted items that are set to be marked down, etc. (Many a time I’ve gone to a dept store for Louboutins at 60% off and had the SA tell me they couldn’t find the mate because someone was hiding it in the back!)

It’s widely considered to be one of the perks of having a good relationship with an SA.
