No catalog in today’s mail...

I took a look at the online pdf and the only thing that caught my eye was the Clare V snake print bag, but I really don’t need anything. Clothes I’ll have to see in person before I decide... sometimes the quality is shockingly bad. Remember last year’s itchy unlined coats? Nothing in beauty looked interesting. Then again, I’m still wearing the hell out of last year’s Caslon leather hoodie, Longchamp cuir tote and Awang silver sandals. I have last year’s Vince cable sweater and only wore it once or twice. It’s nice, but it was further reduced after the NAS sale so keep that in mind.

My catalog came today. It's 92 degrees here in No. California. All of those heavy costs and boots made me sweat even more. And I'm sorry...what is UP with the pages upon pages of heavy plaid??? Is it 1972 again? Not feeling one thing. I used to look forward to a great designer bag in the sale. Haven't seen any of those in years. Kind of lackluster for me.

Hi Everyone,
I am so excited once again for the NSALE this year! Honestly, the past few years I have learned to not solely trust the catalog as to how the sale will go. I also think each year I get better predicting what will be on sale, and with a few years worth of purchases under my belt that are still useful now, I personally think that is why my list gets a little smaller each year. With that being said, it opens the door for someone like me to have more splurge items each year along with my favorites.

I reached out to a Nordie Sales Associate who helped me get a copy of the look book last year to see if they will have one again this year or not. I’ll let you all know what I can find out!

Thanks to all who posted about the catalog being on the website! It seems the catalog is more and more disappointing each year. One thing that caught my eye is the Lagence blazer on page 7, what does everyone here think?
My list is short this year.....mostly due to a shopping spree I enjoyed while on vacation this month (it was worth it).
I'm looking for a pair of grey booties to replace a pair I've worn out after about 5 years.
I will be getting more candles (after discovering them based on recommendations from this forum the last couple of years).
Restock on some Kiehl's for me and the husband.
Restock basics for me and the husband too (undergarments, tees, socks).
As much as I would love a new pair of jeans and a weekend sweater, I don't wear them enough to justify it this time around.

What is on everyone's list this year? Anyone planning on a spurge? I will be living vicariously through this forum for the fun stuff!
