Kellys in Noir with GHW is such a classic combo which is super timeless imo.

Birkins in Noir with GHW is great, but PHW is also okay, but I wouldn't personally do a Kelly with PHW.

I definitely prefer palladium, but in general I like silver hardware on bags anyway. All my bags have PHW.
Gold I feel stands out a bit more, but can’t argue it looks great against black, classic.

Funny, now that I started to think about this, I realized that I do prefer PHW in ;(black) birkins but in Kellys I prefer GHW (in black but also most other colours). Probably because birkins are my workhorse totes for me and esp Sellier-Kellys more the dressier versions?
