tell that SA that if she or he bothered to visit an outlet store they'd know that all the items have to have a bulleteye...even my planner had one. and that's how they know.

not all outlet items have a bullseye. I remember buying a couple purses that didn't have the bullseye on it. The SA probably forgot to stamp a bullseye on it so that SA wasn't particularly lying

:) i was waiting for someone to point this out.

truthfully i had a longer reply

but i didn't want to say anything unless someone else noticed.

but if the SA forgot to bulleteye it at the outlet, it's their fault and not yours, so technically they can't tell if it was from outlet or not.

because we have had people who've had a bag for a while, lost the reciept, then find it again and came back to return it - it's fine. or without it, that's alright credit/exchange wise too.

it's simply coach's policy. and although it sucks (in my perspective) coach would rather lose a couple hundred or thousand and have customers come back b/c of our serivce

then to lose out on customers returning/buying from coach again.

and of course, if they complain, it wouldn't look good either.

so far it's worked, coach's stock continuely does well.
;)
