I think they both love being photographed when all glammed up maybe? I know Keith had significant surgeries etc as did Nicole. Showing off their work?

Interesting....I hadn't really paid that much attention but looking at these pics, she is always touching his face. I tend to agree with the writer of the article - it's maybe for the cameras but also real.
