I feel the same way. He was on CNN New Years Eve and played, Tom Petty, Allman Bros and more. Then i finally got the hype. I actually would like to see him in concert now.

I think what finally did it for me was a salute to Glen Campbell....his part was guitar only (Wichita Lineman, I think)
He was on stage with others, including Toby Keith, Blake Shelton. At the end, Toby went over and shook his hand - only his.
