If Kim really believes she's the original (and she is) then why keep going so far?

Word! And as someone else put it, Nicki is the best thing that has happened to Kim's career in years! She's getting more buzz now than her stint in DWTS. But I really don't understand how rapping to someone else's song (WITH THEIR SAME FLOW) is massacring them

That cd cover lookin' cheap as hell. Look like Kim hired a middle schooler to do the sloppy Photoshop work. Why her cd cover look like the poster for a exkra low budget scifi channel movie?
Kim has mentioned being tight with Baby and Slim, so the only reason I can see her investing so much into that mixtape and using beats and artwork that she could get sued over is that this is all a planned fued by Cash Money to make a sale.
I wouldn't doubt it, but it seems like Nicki should respond if it were planned.
I also just realized there is a Kim thread where all of this is being discussed, haha.
I'm watching the video (it's pretty cool) and hearing "Black Friday" for the first time, and it's good. It was smart of her money-wise (presuming she isn't sued), and it's good, but it all feels so needless.
Before somebody does it again, I don't like it when I'm told I can't express love for Lil' Kim and Nicki at the same time. It's like Gaga/Madonna all over again...

Like I said, I'm putting my money on it being a fake fued, because people are just more business savvy, and not as driven by emotion as they once were (in the days of people sleeping with baby mothers, etc...), and even though it is refreshing to see some emotion in the music, some emotion in the game again, my feelings are just going to be:
