Is it closer in size to Edie or Edie 42? I agree about Dalton, I have the black/signature one that I will be returning soon. The leather is really lacking imo, Cass looks like beautiful smooshy leather. I have a few really large charms that I'm hoping would work great on it. They move around and are too noisy on my crossbody bags. Hoping a shoulder bag would cause them to stay put better and be a bit more quiet lol.
It's the size of the regular Edie. The leather is soft and definitely has more texture. I like the shoulder straps better as well. It doesn't have the side wall zipper that the Edie had, but the other details really make it.

I don't find chat helpful most the time on most company websites. I called again and stayed on hold until someone picked up which was about 45 minutes. Got what I needed so worth the wait!

I don't know. I thought this was the semi-annual sale, but now it just looks like it's being advertised as the Memorial Day sale. I thought for sure I had seen a banner yesterday saying today was the last day, but now that banner is no longer there, or I just imagined it.
