I haven’t received one either... they really should send me one because I would use it! 
Both of my emails received the email offer for 25% off but they have the same “unique” code. I’m not going to use it either way so if someone wants it let me know!
Do you know if the fine print reads that it can be applied to previous orders? I am just wondering.
