Oh, that’s interesting. I made a purchase in store last night they still requested for my code. What’s the point of individual codes? Thanks for pointing it out.
I do think some stores are under the illusion it is invite only. My former store always tried to act like I "might not have been invited", lol! It is so silly. But once they put a public code online, really anyone can shop, and it is sad that the stores have to be told it is public--they should know, or they are trying to withhold the discount.
 
So I ordered an a couple of items yesterday. But when I ordered it kept telling me there was an error to try again or try a new payment method.

My order finally went through but last night I realized they charged my debit card 5 extra times and my American Express twice. Basically I got charged 8 times for one order.

I called Coach and they said don't worry we only really charge you when we ship but it can take up to 8 days for your financial institution to remove the pending charges. I said thank goodness I hadn't ordered an Alligator purse all my checks would be bouncing.

Oh, wow, that sucks! Yes, it happened to me. It took them 2 weeks to let go of my money.

Omg has this same thing happen to me! Order didn’t go through verify info. I checked my bank account and hold for the order that didn’t go thru on my checking account. How the heck does this work???

Placed new order and have a few days before first hold drops off.

I've been told that before....address needs to match on my payment method. It matched and still had issues. Drove me crazy trying to figure out why I couldn't process orders on either Coach.com or outlet.com. I had to process using Paypal which is a pain for returning to the store. When I was locked out from the online outlet and then got back in, I tried the card again and it worked! I think it is their system and has nothing to do with matching addresses. I thought I figured it out that it was the email address I entered on the checkout page. If I used the email address for the card I was using (not the one I log in to the Coach site with), it worked. This is just a guess and may not be true but it worked!

I ordered the Frame 12 in chalk and like another poster, my order was cancelled today. I also had ordered the Prussian Blue Rogue as it was one that eluded me before and FOMO got me! I received that one today and it might be going back. I have it hanging to maybe get a smile line and some sagging out.

Then yesterday I received an email saying an additional 15% off so decided to order another Prussian Blue Rogue but the code only applied $15 off. I called CS and she said it was only $15 off but I sent her the email and showed her where the fine print at the bottom said 15%. She gave me 15% off and adjusted my previous Prussian Blue Rogue order, too. In this order I got another Prussian Blue Rogue since it would be a better price and figured if the first one was a dud, maybe #2 would be better. Got the Edie 42 in Chambray and a duffle in flax. Not shipped yet but we'll see how they do!

Just when I was feeling at peace and didn't need any more Coach hassle I succumbed to the pressure! I am almost hoping they all are duds and can send back with no regrets!
