Well I just did a chat with Coach to see the status and of course, it sold out in distribution and are looking to get from a store. I told them this happened to me before and it ended up being cancelled. I also told her there was two in stock when I ordered. She said the website is not live and doesn't keep up with the orders. I expressed my disappointment with Coach.

Bummer. I hope they find one for you. Did you ask the CS rep to find a store that has it? Things sell out waiting for them to do it. Of course you used a coupon so getting another won't work.

I got the email that my Troupe carryall shipped!! I really thought for sure that I wasn't getting it. Now I hope that it is in great condition.

Got an email from my SA today that the Tabby hobo and some colors of troupe tote and troupe 16 are going 50% off tomorrow. I don’t plan to get any more bags, but wanted to pass it along to anyone who may be interested.
