They said it was supposed to be online only but they gave it to us. It's ridiculous to me.
I called my store back to ask if they had a bag I was wanting and they did. Then I asked them if they would honor the 20% off from online and she asked the manager who said yes. So, I put the bag on hold and picked it up a few minutes later. :yahoo:

How does that sale usually work? Do they send out mailers with a code to use online, or will it be available to everyone? I’ve got several items in my cart right now, but could probably make myself wait a few more days for another 20% off!

I ordered the Chalk Canteen a day before the extra 20 off. I asked for a price adjustment last night by calling CS at coach.com. Just wondering how long that takes? Just want to make sure they honor it. : )
I am curious if they do honor it for you. I did the same thing (placed an order the day before the extra 20 off) and called three different times to get a price adjustment, but they would not honor it. :annoyed:
 
None of my e*bates/rakuten posted for my SAS orders either which is weird because it's typically posted within an hour for me. But, I also had issues with my orders vanishing and then bouncing back and forth between my 2 separate coach accounts. Maybe they are having problems with their site?

My orders are still processing. I've never used retail me not before but I received notice that coach reported my purchase and my cash back is pending. Oddly the amount pending is based off the subtotal before coupon. I'm guessing they will fix that or they'd be paying out too much.
