In person it looks almost too big for a crossbody because if it were stuffed, it would pucker out. To me, that's not desirable as I love structured bags on the smaller side (Riley, Dinky, Dinky 24), even regular size Parkers pucker out too much when they have stuff in them if worn crossbody. The bag also looks kind of casual and almost too plain (because I prefer embellished bags). If you look online, they look fantastic on models as a daily casual bag. I tried it on and honestly, loved it, but I know since it is roomy, I will try to fill it and it will not fit right and it already was a tad too big for me, since I am 5'2". That being said, kisslock is not in the way, straps attach on the sides so they are not in the way like with the top handle Frame kisslock ones and the bag is just an awesome daily saddle but with a classy flair because of the kisslock. The outside pocket is large to fit the most giant phone too! Mine is an iphone 7 plus with a slim case but with popsocket which tends to catch or get stuck and I had no issues here. So, in the end, it's up to you, depending on how you like your bags to fit. Otherwise, it is very functional, casual and roomy.
