I was at my local store today & although I put stuff back for pick up on Wednesday, I think my SA would have said if that wasn't necessary.
Maybe folks can place orders via phone now but they may not ship till Wednesday. I texted my SA to see...

I was told they can pre sale starting tomorrow. The strap I ordered I received the receipt and tracking yesterday. The rest I am holding out for 50% off
