The duffle 20 in black and light turquoise to go w/my Jasper 20 (because I'm trying to stop having duplicates why not have all 3 colors?) and the joni crossbody again in both available colors! I'm a sucker for small crossbody bags!
I'm not familiar with the Joni crossbody. Is it new style that hasn't been released yet?
Yes it must be 12.1 newness lol. She's a refined calf leather crossbody with an outer kisslock pocket. Dimensions similar to a camera bag, but a little longer. Only brass hardware for $295! Also a "roxie" is coming, but no pics, snakeskin details and a $795 price point. I can't pay that much w/o pics lol.
That's weird. Were they playing "clueless" with you? How can they not have exclusions when that comes from corporate?
Just sharing my experience today. I simply asked. They honored. No exclusions. I am more surprised than anyone. I walked out with a Charlie Turnlock and Clarkson Hobo at 40% off. They also allowed me to return a damaged phone folio case I had bought at full price less than 30 days ago and did not have the receipt with me. And, to repurchase at 40% off. And, they said I can come back thru Sunday if there is anything else I want at 40% off. Below is a copy & paste of my receipt minus personal info.
I just thought it was weird they wanted "proof" for lack of a better word about F&F. That info comes from corporate that's why I said were they playing "clueless". I know the SAs have a limited number they can give it to. Maybe they did that because your SA didn't offer it to you initially. Glad you got some things you wanted and they took care of the phone folio case. Enjoy them!

That's what I thought! Call another store maybe? I really want it and I know 40% isn't going to happen too often. The SA was super nice too, even called me back about the 25% Susan G Komen offer.
You can try another store. Is this store in a Simon Mall? Those are the only Coach stores that I have heard participate in the Komen offer.
Called another mall and they're shipping it to me. I felt bad that the first guy lost the sale but I'm surprised he had the wrong info, he even went to check.
