I am a good customer, especially over the past couple years and they always call me a VIP, contact me early if something on my wish list is going on sale, etc. They let me know early about special collections they think I would like (although I usually know about them before that from TPF). But I have never once received a F&F code.

There are a few members here who are no longer allowed to shop/return at boutiques. They are allowed however to still shop coach.com which is so strange.

That is strange! Luckily I do my returns to JAX, so maybe they won't ban me? I don't return a ton, but don't want to keep something that doesn't work for me just to avoid the ban. I guess if they did ban me, there's always Saks, Bloomies, etc. to feed my habit

Twins on the clutch and double swagger! I hear you about taking a break - I was already on ban island while saving for Vegas next month, but cannot pass up these great pieces at these prices.
