Next PCE? Anyone knows when?

Belk still has their sale until the end of the day. Ended up getting the shadow there instead of during PCE since it is excluded. Will get a non fall crossbody during the PCE instead.
(This of course, just after I got a bag at the outlet.) Now to wait patiently until the next bag I want actually shows up at the outlet instead of fos. 
Frustration as usual with Coach; every item I was interested in is excluded. I told my SA that there was no point

I wish we had department store sales or F&F up here in Canada bc then I would have options! I will just wait for them to go en masse to the outlets like the excluded Boroughs from before

Interesting about Belk...all of the sales I have seen show Coach excluded. I must have missed seeing the one that didn't exclude a lot of the brands.
As for the PCE, I actually got one.... I get off and on their list all of the time so I never know when I will get one. I have actually been looking at the empire carryall, and it has never shown up in department stores (other than the patchwork one). They now have the rivet one in red, which is even better than the green I originally liked. So I might think about getting that. It is overpriced IMO right now, so the PCE makes it doable.

I know right.....why have a PCE when you are going to exclude everything, it defeats the purpose.
This is getting to be too much ... between dept. stores, PCE, and now hubby just got that emailed outlet coupon last night (I had him pick something up for me a couple years ago, and he's been on the list ever since). Geez, everyone must be determined to start Christmas early.

I spent (I don't want to say exactly how many) thousand$ on the Snoopy collection in the past 3 months, and apparently no PCE for me. [emoji35]
As I once said in another thread, talk to ten different SAs and you'll get ten different stories. The Nomad bag is NOT excluded.
Is that true for the ace as well?
CS told me ace was excluded and also gave me 3 "nomad" style numbers that were excluded but they were small crossbodies with the word "nomad" written on them - not the hobo. So I really don't know if the hobo is on the list at all.
