Just got mine too, although mine has an additional "filmy-transparent" sheet in it that says "Early access starting Wednesday, September 16."
Just talked to SA and she has yet to receive the details in the store (ie. they haven't heard of any exclusions yet either).

This arrived in our post office box just a few minutes ago .... but pce's are notorious for coming by mail, or email, or even both.
You and me both! Mine arrived in the mail today, so you should get yours soon. The mail delivery people are probably dealing with extra mail due to the holiday.

According to my boutique manager, Nomads are not excluded. Swaggers are. I didn't get the entire exclusion list, so I'm not sure what else, if anything.
I'm actually kind of surprised they put a Swagger as the cover-bag. I would have though a newer style from the new releases. Like a Nomad, Ace, Rip and Repair or something. Eh. I'm just nervously waiting for exclusion list. :-/
I didn't notice the bag first - I noticed the dog! I think dogs fit better in a Swagger, and with the CoachPups campaign, they chose to go with that.
Ahhh ... I'm one of those people who wouldn't want a dog in my bag.
Daughter is highly allergic, just to begin with. I'd be cringing, frantically trying to get the hair out. (Actually, I just had a flashback to when the last Legacy collection released, and the models were dragging the bags through the grass and along the ground. I remember the reaction here too. lol )
