My SA from the FP store at Lenox Mall in Atlanta called to say there will be a PCE beginning May 1. I didn't talk long because I had company but she knew I wanted a Men's tote and she said it would be 30% off so I'm guessing it will be tiered like the last one.

VIP customers get to shop a day earlier on April 30th, whereas everyone else invited to the event will get to shop starting May 1st

For some reason, when I stopped in a FP today, they told me I'm not on the list after they looked it up. Before that, I've gotten just about every promotion from Coach; the SA was trying to explain as that not everyone is included, etc. etc., that sometimes only people who spend thousands a year receives PCE. Never heard of such thing, but even if it's true it's ridiculous, since I'm in the bracket that spends those thousands. Do they bother to check the buying history before making assumptions about a customer? Waiting for my regular SA at another location to contact me about it; if they're not giving me one this time, I'm sitting out; no way I'm paying retail while I know for a fact there's a sale going on.

I received a code the last time and didn't use it because a store called me. It's so random and makes little sense.
