Take it to a cobbler who works on shoes & they can help you. If you bought it from MK directly, & it's been less than a year, it should be covered under MK warranty.
tnx. i alreadt asked MK and sadl its alredy outside their warranty as I mention the tag name to them. Il just try to bring it to any bag spa or a cobbler. does anyone have an experience like this?
