**New York Sale Thread** Sept 2009

Havent been on TPF for a while, was working on a Gubernatorial campaign, candidate lost, so I will be heading to my place on Longboat Key for the Summer.
Will come back to DC and up to NYC for the sample sale in August. Does anyone know the date and will it again be at the Manhattan Center?

It's usually the third week of August and isn't announced until the last week of July/first week of August. You can sign up to the Metropolitan Pavilion's website and (hopefully) get an e-mail announcement.

I should be in NYC during August, wish to know the date and venue.

However, I realise that it is more expensive to get a Birkin in US than in Paris.

Unfortunately, bags like birkins, kellys, etc are not included in the sale. You might find garden party bags.

I read somewhere that NY's sale will be after Beverly Hills because whatever doesn't sell goes to NYC. Beverly Hills sale starts on 8/25..... so NY's sale may not be till Sept......
