Coach-Fall-2014-Ad-Campaign-4.jpg

We featured a look at this on the PurseBlog today.

What do you think? I know there is a lot of discussion about the to expect as Coach marches on under new leadership, particularly in regards to pricing.

What do you think of the look of this new campaign? Tell us in this thread or in the PurseBlog's comments section if you like. We love hearing from you!

If you want to review our editorial on the new policies and store closings, it is here.

This is the first I am seeing the ad...
It's okay, nothing amazing going on,
have not read the blog
but JCPenny's new CEO took them down with his new pricing policies
and they are begging people to come back
only time will tell how this works out for Coach
lots of great handbag lines out there
Coach shouldn't bite the hands that feed them

I personally cannot wait. I love the edgy southerwestern-y feel of the bags and the more urban satchels. I carry a lot of stuff traveling for work and need something cool and awesome to carry it all in. That light blue will fit the bill it looks like.

My thoughts are: :speedy: That is me buying another line of bags lol. :p

Seriously, I am older than 16 (which looks like the average age of the model in this photo) so, I am sure my opinion doesn't matter. But this ad does not make Coach look expensive, premium, exclusive, or trendy. It looks like all these girls just got back from the suburban mall, where they were shopping instead of going to tenth grade English. 16 year old girls cannot buy premium bags unless their parents buy them for them, so there should be a mother with a credit card hiding behind fence or in the weeds in the background. :D:p

I really like the bags, but they don't look like premium bags to me. I have several bags that are premium brands, and these just don't look like that to me. They are classic and edgy AND YOUNG, but they lack the sophistication and polish of some of the other premium brands. Maybe I will feel differently when I see them in person.

It's not for me. I've been very loyal but I'm looking at Kate Spade more since seeing the newer bags from Coach. I could go on about the "new look" but I don't want to offend since this is the Coach forum! ;)

LOVE! This ad is right in line with ad campaigns of other premium brands with the runway styled RTW, and the use of supermodels such as Binx Walton. Coach is on the right track in my opinion, I can totally imagine this add while flipping through pages of Vogue.

Being a young working professional myself, I can't see how those bags are going to work for me. Will keep to my boroughs, and see if they will come out with other classy styles that I can carry to the office.

It's funny how brightly colored the bags are against the black/dark clothing-sort of looks a little off. I do love these bags, the shape of them reminds me of the Balenciaga work bag. I saw a bright blue on in Vlad's photo's so I'm waiting to see that one in person, but yes, I do like the ad!

I'm over 50 and work in a very creative profession and I love the look of this campaign AND the bags - I love the direction and the color and styling. Very excited to see what's coming up!
