Some background to help put this in context...
I have the panda clip, and I wear the panda with my WG MOP 20 motif. The MOP motif picks up on the panda's MOP, and it looks super cute. Others have worn the panda clip with WG oynx, and the oynx picks up on the panda's black oynx.

Looking at the lion by itself is super cute, but in my opinion, I think it's a bit hard to wear as it is only one stone, just tiger's eye with oynx eyes. To me, I think the tiger clip looks best with an oynx motif necklace, then maybe the MOP. Sure, you can string it on any stone necklace (e.g. carnelian, malachite) and make it work of course, but I do not think it looks great that way. The lion looks amazing though worn as a pendant against say an ivory or black sweater/jacket.

I'm not sure what type of necklace you plan to use. Do you plan to hang it on a 10 or 20 motif? Do you plan to wear it on a plain chain so the clip is against skin? In my opinion, tiger's eye against skin can fade a bit into the background, so just be sure tiger's eye looks good against your skin if you plan to wear it that way.

The owl...
I love the owl! I think it's super cute and very usable. It has MOP and GMOP as stones. I also find it has so much more character when worn as as a necklace because the clip uses multiple stones and makes it pop.

Hope that helps. Both are super cute and fun, but if you're splitting hairs, I hope my thoughts above help.
I think you will love these clips. My panda is hanging on my MOP 20 most of the time and I get so many compliments on how cute it is (no one know it's VCA I am sure, nor do I say anything).

I have been in London for a week; headed home to the US tomorrow. For me, it’s nice to be back traveling international. I have not done so since COVID (only local US air travel)

I love how you wear your clip on a doubled chain. I need to follow suit and ask my SA to get me a long chain as well.

You look amazing as always and have the best collection! Hope you enjoy Europe!

I believe moving forward the mahogany obsidian is replacing the Tiger's Eye for quite a few Lucky Animal brooches as mentioned below:

Oh thanks for the info! I actually like the MO but haven’t compared it side by side with the TE…
I think my SA just did some marketing spin on me by saying it is special which I totally fell for :P

I keep trying to post here but it gets posted wrong! A couple of you asked me a while ago to show my collection. I have these three. I think my collection is done for now. But the turtle and the dove are are tempting.:smile:

Your clips are gorgeous. My #1 and #2 favorite YG clips are the Lion and Owl. The lion is super super cute!
I have the panda, the only WG clip. I really love my panda.

I have seen the turtle; that malachite green makes the little guy really pop. If you decide to go for another one, I vote the turtle!
I love your blue agate 20 too. I really hope VCA makes a blue agate 20 in WG. Your blue agate 20 pops!
