I originally wanted a rock crystal necklace and was offered a bracelet instead. Understood that I am already super lucky get the bracelet given I am by no means a VIP. I prefer to wear this piece as a necklace given its transparent nature. I combined it with my gold guilloche necklace and below are the 3 ways I tried so far. Just want to share them for fun and please let me know if you ladies have more ideas on how to wear this bracelet with other necklace. Thank you!

Congratulations! Lovely! If you have a 20 motif, I would attach it to that and wear it as a double strand so that the rock crystal is the loop just in front of your neck, to give the ilusion that it is a necklace.

Yes, a new wave will be released, but it remains very limited and only available to a few customers based on high purchase history, so really nothing has changed.

Typically, yes. Some customers have already purchased half of the set and can complete their set. Others can buy an equivalent item (different pave 20 motif etc).

I have been offered a piece from this wave. Offers are out already, but don’t know about the pieces themselves. It is the strangest buying experience I have had. If I didn’t know better I would think my SA was selling unauthorized. Has anyone who got an offer now or before experienced this?

I don’t want to specify location or the piece because in case my SA reads this and revokes the offer since they were kind enough to give me time to hold it and decide, but it is really odd. One odd thing is that I unexpectedly have some time to decide whether to purchase, but cannot come in to try on although I live locally and use the private room when trying HJ or if store is crowded. I was in trying something else and my SA told they would message me later, then sent a message later and it was about this offer. They didn’t even mention it in the store face to face and they did say in the message I can’t try or even see it if I come back to the store and they can only have someone from security bring it as a courier, which is usually a choice not a requirement. I’m thinking to accept the offer because it is a perfect fit to my collection, but the circumstances are just too strange. I almost would not be surprised to get a Venmo request from my SA once I accept rather than the offficial payment link it is that weird. It seems like maybe they did me a favor by offering without authorization from Paris? Or they said these requirements are from Paris so maybe Paris has lost their mind even more with weird games?

I think I will probably accept and then only if something is really off about payment I will say no this is not right, but the whole thing is so weird I wanted to check in to see if anyone else has experienced this or has any thoughts

This is very odd. I would be a little concerned if they would not allow me to pay in store and take it home from the store, even if it could not be viewed in the store. For such a piece, I would like to examine it for any irregularities before purchasing it, but if you are ok with not seeing it, I would at least request to pay in the store and to pick it up. I would also ask if you need servicing for the piece in the future, can you bring it in to the store? They can’t imagine it will be kept a secret who the piece was offered to, because even if you don’t pick it up (even already boxed up), you will wear it and if other staff really want to know, they can look it up in the computer system (vs checking video from the HJ room, where you can try it on privately). Just trying to think of any rationale they might have, not that I think this is reasonable. Of course, if you get a payment link, make sure it goes to the typical Richemont payment link (or what ever is normal for you locally).
In regards to the particular stipulations you received; I did not ask after the release myself, because a friend was able to buy one piece and not another, and her SA told her the qualifying here and I do not qualify (for lapis/turquoise, lapis/pave), while in the past I did. In our location, currently it is $xxxxxxx spend + x in x category + y in y category, or $xxxxxxxxx spend + x in x category or y in y category. In another continent another person who is buying another piece was told that she would need to buy either a or b and then she could purchase lapis/turquoise or lapis/pave (already with a qualifying purchase history).

All of that to say, that the only stipulations I have heard are that for people who qualify already with their profiles, they are told directly or indirectly that they still need to purchase a or b to get it (since so few will be released, not every strong and diverse profile with HJ and HJ watch purchases will be able to be allocated a piece from the initial release). I have not heard any stipulations on how it can be viewed or picked up, but my sample size for this specific relaunch is only 2 and in only 2 regions.

Thank you this is so helpful. I was told it will be the normal payment link but did not commit yet and haven’t been sent it. I was also told by no means can I come to see it and absolutely forbidden to pick it up even in a box and unmarked bag. They also will not send photos. I am really going back and forth as I have wanted this and it is a perfect fit in my collection but if this is not normal I am wondering if maybe the piece was turned down and has a small defect or something undesirable. I will ask what happens if I need an adjustment or repair or even if there is actually a defect and I need to return. A special purchase like this shouldn’t be so stressful, but it is hard to pass up and i guess they know that very well. I am tempted to be a smarty and ask if I can ever wear it to the store when I am shopping in person in the future…
