After much research, consideration and the fact that the wonderful ladies on TPF was able to authenticate this baby for me I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. I've had a number of Chanels (i.e. classic Jumbo, Reissue 227, New Medium Boy etc) but they all were too big and heavy for me. I don't carry a lot in my purse (wallet, keys and cell phone) and these items would just slide back and forth in my bag. I had always thought that I wanted my first Hermes Kelly bag to be a 28 but when this 2011 Bleu de Malte Kelly 25 popped up online...i was intrigued.

I finally realized that the Kelly 25 was similar in size to a Chanel Classic M/L, which I have been using a lot lately. (See dimensions below) I know a lot of members on this forum feel that the 25 is tiny but if you're someone who doesn't carry a lot like me, I think it's a great size for everyday! And if you look at the dimensions, because the K25 is taller than the Chanel M/L, it actually is able to hold more, even though the base might be a tad bit shorter. Sorry for the long post - now for the pictures!

Chanel Medium: 6.3H x 10L x 3D inches (16H x 25.5W x 7.5D cm)
Hermes Kelly 25: 7.5H x 9.8L x 3.5D inches (19H x 25W x 9D cm)

Also, as an update. I went to Hermes and ordered a clochette, lock and keys for my Kelly in a Bleu de Malte, since that's what the seller said the color was. However, when I received the clochette from Hermes, it didn't match the color of my bag :crybaby:
After some research and stalking purse forum, it looks like the color of my bag may actually be a Blue de Prusse. I guess I'll know for sure when I send my baby for a SPA...whenever that may be. Thank you again for looking everyone!
