New to Givenchy-- shortening small pandora cross body strap

Cool!! I've heard of other people that have just tied knots on each side of the strap as well. I'm 5'2" as well. May I ask-- after tying the two knots, how long is the strap from one end to the other (including the hardware)?

I purchased mine from reebonz. Not sure the boutique is willing to help to shorten the strap. Now i tied 2 knots at each side cos the strap is too long on me (i'm 5ft 2")

I think abt 100cm? When i wear cross body, it just hang nicely at above my hips. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response!! That really does help me out a lot! I kind of had to guess about how much to shorten the strap but it should end up being about the same length as yours!!

Hi!! I believe so. Refer to my pic today on the strap length with 2 knots. Not very visible but roughly can see the length.

UPDATE!

Just heard from my SA at the Madison Ave boutique that they got my strap back and it has been shortened to the length I requested! It took right around 2 weeks for the strap to be shortened. The boutique will be mailing my bag to me today!! So excited to finally get my first Pandora handbag! Will post pictures when I receive it!

Just heard from my SA at the Madison Ave boutique that they got my strap back and it has been shortened to the length I requested! It took right around 2 weeks for the strap to be shortened. The boutique will be mailing my bag to me today!! So excited to finally get my first Pandora handbag! Will post pictures when I receive it!

Received my small pandora in the mail today and am I absolutely love it!! I had asked for the strap to be shortened a total of 6 inches so that the length would be 40 inches (including hardware) and it came out perfect!! I know they sent it out to be shortened and it came out absolutely perfect-- can't even tell that it's been altered!

If any of you are thinking about buying a small pandora but are hesitant because of the long strap, I highly recommend going through the Madison Ave boutique! Their customer service is wonderful and I am more than happy with my bag!
