Yup!! Get what you love and you won’t be tempted by the mehs.I think I need to see these IRL in order to make a more informed opinion.
But then I remind myself I got the Perlee Diamond ring, so I would not be tempted by these types of items.

I completely agree! Playful jewelry is so on-trend, and the burst of color really adds to the fun. The coral and turquoise combination is indeed stunning, perfect for adding a pop of personality to any outfit!More playful jewelry is on trend right now. colors color colors. I think someone that has a very cool fun spirit would rock these. The coral is beautiful. They would make cool pendants.
It looks like there was a little price bump from the pre-release prices. They did have an asterisk next to the prices, saying it was subject to adjustment. Not a big difference, but just to have the correct information on this thread.Very reasonable:
Malachite Onyx USD $7400
Blue Agate MOP USD $6950
Turquoise Coral USD $9600
Agree that these pieces might work better as pendants. The unexpected colour combos could be interesting with various colour / pattern outfits rather than starkly sitting against the skin.More playful jewelry is on trend right now. colors color colors. No joke. Legit reasoning. Are the petals the leftover cutoffs from making the magic sized alhambras? I feel like someone at VCA wanted to reduce waste and came up with this design to use up the scraps.
Agree! Love the idea of more harmonious colors. I also love blue/green combos so really would have appreciated seeing the two paired color wise. Ah, if only we could design themI think they would be much more beautiful and harmonious if the center color on each was swapped with the petal color. Just imagine it, much nicer (pop of blue agate petals with a center single MOP), malachite single stone center (since the petals are angled with striations in all kinds of directions and not oriented well visually) and onyx petals (a neutral with a single color accent), the coral/turquoise is fine, but that would also be prettier and less loud with turquoise as the petals and coral as the center. If I was VCA and designing from scratch, I would do options more like: chalcedony petals with blue agate center in YG: beautiful stones, flowing and harmonious colors, softer colored stones for the bulk of the ring, since it is large, and a stone that people want in a different metal than it is usually offered in.
