I've been checking out the horsebit too. Do old Gucci styles ever on sale. i couldve sworn that someone told me that they do have sales.

I think some Gucci bags may go on sale, but probably not for the most part. This bag probably would not go on sale in my opinion. I'm not sure about a wait list for it right now. I was going to NYC for a weekend and called ahead and they had just got the tobacco colored one in. They had the cream there too, which was gorgeous, but seemed a little harder to wear. This bag was not at all hard to wear or match. I even got some salad dressing on it one night (vinagarette so it looked like an oil stain), and with a little bit of time it faded right intot the leather. I'd suggest to call a Gucci SA and ask about a wait list or not-- it is by far just a beautiful beautiful bag!!
