Hi Everyone, not to be a buzz kill, but I just wanted to warn you guys about NAP. They used to be my favorite website -- very exclusive, wonderful selection of things, quick service, free return shipping. But, for the last two months I've been dealing with a return and they SUCK! Their carrier, DHL, lost the package for a little while and they finally delivered it a month after I shipped it. And, now, two months after I shipped it, I'm still waiting for them to credit my account. In the meantime, they've sold the item again. So, they got paid twice for it! Thankfully, I paid with Amex, and they are helping me get my credit back. Oh, and if you return something, you have to pay the duties to get the item(s) back to the UK. FYI. And, I just tried to buy something and they sent me an email saying they won't ship it until I promise to never contact Amex again!

I've never used DHL before, but sometimes we get packages at work delivered by them. Did you have to sign for the package? I usually don't get home from work until about 6 p.m. because of traffic (ugh!), and the bf won't be home until a little while after that. Anyone know what happens if there is no one home to sign for the package if a signature is required? I had trouble with FedEx once because of this.

I'm wondering if I should call NAP tomorrow and ask them to ship it to my work address :huh:

The light blue is pretty, but I think the darker colors look better with the hardware.

Hi Cristina, you do have to be there for DHL if it's coming from NAP. Just hope it works out for you!

Ack! I will be emailing NAP tonight and giving them a call tomorrow to see if they can ship it to my work address instead. There is no way I can get home before they would deliver it. Thanks, shopper!

Does anyone know if the chocolate brown or whiskey paddy will still be available after Feb 2006? I have to wait until then to be able to buy one. lol

I called Chloe in NYC today and they have the chocolate brown and the cream and the blue in stock now. I am trying to buy the chocolate brown but they say they will only ship to the billing address and I want to ship to my oregon address so I don't have to pay the tax. otherwise I will wait for Nordstrom in January or February and the chocolate they have set aside for me can be yours.

If someone bought a paddington on NAP, could they take it to a Chloe store in the future if there was something wrong with it? I know that Chloe is coming to South Coast sometime later. Would they help even if I bought my bag online?

No, u will hv take it back to wherever u bot it. I bot mine fr Galeries Lafayette Paris and it had some problem with the leather buckle and i called Chloe, Paris and told me to return it to Galeries. They will only accept it back via Galeries.

That is wierd that they said they would only ship to your billing address because yesterday Chloe NY called me to let me know my bag was in (a cream paddington). They faxed me over my credit card verifictation form, and it did state they could only ship to the billing address. I called them and let them know that I was not currently at my billing address that I was instead at my home in California. It will be here tomorrow.I wonder why they wont let you?

Omg I've been WAITING for Chloe to come to South Coast Plaza like anytime now!!! They kepting saying "winter time... winter time..." so when are they coming?? My hair is going to turn white pretty soon. lol :D
