New muria

I really love this bag - especially the braided handle. I've been lusting after a mahina bag for a while, but didn't love the "plastic-like" handle on the Babylone chain. I didn't care of the construction or size of the Girolata and the Hina seemed too wide. The Muria looks like the perfect mahina bag. I can't wait to see it in person once we can shop again in Massachusetts. It looks great on you! Enjoy!

Bumping this up because I got a Muria yesterday. I went in to look at 2 other bags, neither of which were for me, and stumbled across this beauty! It’s a new limited edition color, it’s so pretty in real life. The mahina leather is , soft yet I don’t think I will have to baby it because of the color. I tried to take some pictures and compared it to my Neo Noe, which is similar in size, the Muria being slightly smaller. It does have feet which is a nice change from the NN. The braided handle is awesome, the wide strap, not so much, it’s very stiff and very long (which might be good for some, but I’m short lol). I might get a bandolier strap. Anyway I love this bag and it smells so good!

Love this bag and have been waiting for a colour that fills a niche in my collection...this may be it. It appears to be a very deep chocolate brown with black trim..darker than been...is this accurate? And the inner lining is a beige tone?
I don't see it on any of the websites ( I checked Canada, Europe and USA ) ...do you possibly have a colour name or model number?

Thanks! The SA said it just arrived this past week, and it was the only one they had in store. It says Muria Mahina CCC and the code is M56769 and it was made in France on 9/26/20. I’ve never seen it on LV site either, but I think it was mentioned in the Fall 2020 thread at some point. I’d say it is a chocolate brown, and the lining is a beige/peach, with black strap, handle and luggage tags. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen this color combo before which really made me want it! Here it is on me, excuse my grubby gym clothes lol, I’m 5’3 and petite frame. I think it is the perfect size.

Thanks so much for the info....I live in a province with no LV...so I am at the mercy of an SA thousands of miles away, who sometimes isn't the greatest at tracking things down.
Appreciate the Neonoe comparison as well. They are my favourites these days so I know the Muria will make me happy.

The Muria in Chocolate is so beautiful! Are you still liking the bag a lot? I'm thinking of getting the Muria in Galet or Chocolate. I currently have two LV bags, but I'm wanting to add a third to my collection that is Mahina leather. How has the wear and tear on it been?

I literally just put it away for spring, so I used it daily from October to March. Love it! It might be my favorite bag yet, and I saw they have a new light color (Mist) that intrigues me. Perfect size and so soft. I did get a shorter strap for it, which I prefer. No issues with wear and tear. I say go for it!

Also I ended up selling my NeoNoe, they were too similar in color and shape, and the Muria was just so much nicer I knew I wouldn’t reach for it anymore.

Love the mahina leather, I have an older bag in the creme colour and have not have any problems with it.
