For thread topic clarity, the OP is talking about a Medium Love, not a Medium PAVE Love, correct?
So to confirm, you ordered a "new" regular size loved with 4 diamonds with a hinge mechanism? May I ask where you are located please?
It also appears there may be a medium size also coming, but unclear about when?
Well, they took too long. I understand that the original idea of the two parts joined by screws etc. was what made the bracelet special, but that made it impossible to consider for those who cannot or do not want to wear the bracelet all the time. The idea of a mechanism like the one on the small model (or even like the one on the full pave, I don't know which one it will be) will undoubtedly be a great change for the better.
The locking closure is a hinge with screw closure on one side. Just received confirmation. No plans to have pave version released this year.
I think there are two separate new lines (I don’t have any new info other than what was posted here already):
1) A new non-pave Love with a new closure style; according to posts on this thread it will be the regular width with a hinge closure (info posted here, subject to change if more info comes out).
2) New pave Love in a medium width in 2025, between the width of the regular size pave and the small/thin width pave (info posted here, subject to change if more info comes out). As you know, the small pave and regular pave both have hinges but the regular has a button/hidden clasp and the small/thin has a hinge and one screw.
I am just summarizing, I do not have any additional details to add.

Interesting that they are just improvising an existing classic line. It’s been a while since something new has come out (Believe the clash was released in 2019). I was hoping for a new line this year!
Well I think the new medium size pave will be new, so you can check the pave love thread for some more chatting about that. This thread has turned into a mix of info on the medium width pane and the new hinge on the regular Love (again, just summarizing what I have read in these threads).
This thread needs to stay on topic, I'm fairly sure OP is referring to a non-pave, hoping she clarifies as there's already a discussion on a new size pave elsewhere.
Hopefully we will get pics soon to visually clarify all the details of the new medium bracelet
