If you bought the bag from an LV boutique or the LV website, there is nothing to worry about. New date codes pop up all the time. What about TY? I got a Nano Speedy recently and it’s TY
Me too i got a speedy 25 from store in paris, but the code start with LA , but its made in france, its confusing , anyone got any update?
The problem is I want to sell the bag now and those buyers have doubts about it when they see TY because they Google and can’t find it online. The date code is still very new therefore I guess nobody update online yet. The bag is manufactured October this year!
Hi, I am actually in the same situation as you!! I just received my nano speedy from an online order with the same date code.I was considering a purchase from a couple of LV resellers. The bag is the new Monogram Speedy Nano which is sold out. The factory code on the tags was TY0280. I couldn't find the TY code on any posted list of factory codes. Does anyone know if new factory codes have recently been added?
Thank You!
Hi, when I asked the seller about the code, they explained how to read the numbers but didn’t clarify factory code. Looked at every list I could find online, none had TY listed for a country code.Hi, I am actually in the same situation as you!! It looks like TY is a new factory code for France. I bought two Nano's in March from LV and both were TY. Other members have also had questions about the TY date code and have posted in some other threads around the forum. It just seems like a new date code from LV as many purchasers of the Nano are acquiring the same factory Here are some threads where I saw members talking about factory TY: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/new-lv-date-factory-codes.947820/page-3#post-33751432 https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/what-are-you-stalking-today.980729/page-2012Hi, when I asked the seller about the code, they explained how to read the numbers but didn’t clarify factory code. TY is the code for the factory it was made in. The first and third letter is for the week if was made and the second and fourth is for the wear it was made. So it reads Factory TY 19th week of ‘20TY1290 is my code . How do I read this?
