New liquid patent push lock satchel---patent fabric????help!!!

I did too . We looked at the info. that they had been given and NONE of it said that it was leather or otherwise; it just said, Poppy Gloss .

I was just at the Coach store this afternoon and was admiring this bag in the silver/grey color. It is very pretty and I love the chain strap, and the fact that it can be worn double with both straps, or pulled through and used as one longer shoulder strap. I was really considering picking this bag up as I have really been wanting a light grey bag. I am not so concerned with the fact that it is patent over fabric, although of course I would prefer leather. But I am worried about what was mentioned about this bag being very sensitive to color transfer... Hmmmm, decisions! I was "this" close to buying it today but now I really have to think about it!

On the caring card, it does say don't put it together with another patent leather or patent fabric item, color transfer may occur.......well, I wanna know with it color transfer when I wear it??? I mean, color transfer from my Jean or coat???

That would worry me too. I would hate to buy one and have it ruin my clothes.
