FWIW, the Ali shoulder bag is $498, not $700 (I think the Mandy satchel is $798, which is why I didn't buy it, though I love it just as much). And the scratches do rub out really, really well, which is great because I'm always accidentally getting the inside of the front pocket with my anniversary ring.

If I was a Coach SA, I'd be making sure somebody did some cleanup rubbing on the floor samples at least once a day so people don't think those scratches are permanent!
