LOL. I know what you mean about the near vision, suddenly I started having issues with my vision out of nowhere. I began to appreciate the magnified date on the Rolex :p

I didn't see a price listed on this thread so I did some research....

The prices listed below are for the regular chromatic J12, no diamonds:

I have a feeling that this new J12 will not be as popular or as desirable as the original ceramic ones. There has been hardly any chatter on the jewelry forum or chanel forum about it. Seems like most people still prefer rolex, cartier and the original J12s. Thoughts?

The J12 posts that Chanel has posted on FB have gotten a lot of response, but you're right, there hasn't been much fanfare here.

I think they're great looking, but won't stand the test of time like the other brands you posted.

I think if a hot celebrity or two are photographed wearing this watch, it may start to get some more press and chatter.

I personally have mixed feelings about this new watch. I think that the titanium has a more modern look to it, but the J12 style just seems more suited for the black and the white color schemes.

I got a chance to see this watch finally and I'm sad to report back that I dislike it, not only does it look really cheap (it looks like it wants to be stainless but its plastic lol) but the dial is not nice at all imo, oh well I have the blk J12 and it looked 1,000 times better so I'm good :D

Hoka you are better off not getting this J12 it isn't worth it at all , btw the 38mm with a round diamond bezel had a price of $16,700!!! Ridiculous if you ask me, from what I remember you owning you have way nicer watches already!

IMO, I saw three versions and did not like any of them. It has the look of liquid metal and it shows EVERY fingerprint. You'd be constantly wiping it down all the time. It really wasn't that special. I did not write the prices down but they were high considering....I will still with my original J12.:smile1:

Fingerprints would drive me crazy:)! I had a chance to purchase the black J12 with emerald markers from Saks before the last price increase. And I decided to wait for the new titanium J12. I wonder if they will still have the black one with emeralds at Christmas time. If it was meant to be, it'll be there.... I also always liked the white one with MOP face and some diamond markers - think #3, 6,9 and 12 show as numbers.
